I recently had an excellent experience with this water softener company. From my initial visit with Sarah to the installation of my new water softener by Steve, everything was handled with professionalism and care. During my initial visit, Sarah took the time to explain the different water softener options available and helped me choose the best one for my needs. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with all of my questions. When it came time for installation, Steve arrived promptly and was courteous and respectful throughout the process. He explained everything he was doing and showed me how to use and maintain the system. He even took the time to clean up after himself and left my home spotless. Since the installation, I have noticed a significant improvement in the quality of my water. It is now much softer, and I no longer have to deal with the negative effects of hard water on my appliances and plumbing fixtures.
