2nd try, not the best!
Edited following reply from the company : It's interesting that you chose only to reply here and yet have ignored 3 voice messages, a Facebook message and an email to the address you suggested below in the past 2 days. I've tried to call several times today but again, no agents available and put through to a messaging service. We used this app before to get a much sooner date for my daughter's test but after a fail, we had to pay to setup the search again (not ideal with only a few months between booking & failing the test). My experience with the app this time is not great. I tried to reschedule a test and the app froze, the offer disappeared and I only have an email saying the request was received. The email advises you to contact customer support if you don't receive a follow up emsil within a few minutes but I've been trying unsuccessfully for 2 hours to get through on their number. The online support form advises it can take up to 5 days for a reply which just isn't good enough. There also seems to be a delay syncing information on the account which was never an issue before. Overall, really disappointed.
