Worsen customer care experience, i highly recommended not to purchase this, once you face any issue customer care agent will take too much time to resolve or might be he will not revert. Same like i my case, i asked them to swap services from PORTAL to M3U url link but since 2 hour i am waiting only Worse Worse sevice...
