One of the worst customer service
One of the worst customer service. I raised a dispute against British gas and british gas accepted the fault and the person from the ombudsman service promised me that he will contact the British gas to rove the negative marker from my credit file. But after few weeks someone else call me from the same department and informed me that they marker can't be removed. They should have told me this before. Bunch of liars like British gas.
