Very supportive and professional communication

I recently contacted the Student Support team regarding my timetable and medical situation. Although our communication was via email, the response was clear, professional and understanding. Lily took the time to explain the process and next steps, and I felt supported during what can be a stressful time at the start of university. I appreciate the helpful and respectful communication.
