Bad general service, unacceptable costumer service
We rent with my family an Opel Corsa via Internet at the Catania Airport. Sixt.it gave us a Fiat Panda, which had practically no compartment, so we had a big trouble with our 2 pcs of luggage. On the site they claimed that they had no Opel Corsa at all. We had an extra insurance ("Super cover") 15 EUR/day according to the contract. At the end (one week after leaving Catania) they made a 120 EUR burden on my creditr card instead of 90 EUR. I have made a complain some 8 weeks ago, no answer yet. Do best if you avoid this company
