Quite frankly, we almost got really screwed by this company. When I originally called I provided a general region for the move, and confirmed delivery to that area (Western slope of CO) was available. I was assured that a secondary assist was possible and that once our property got to Denver it could then be delivered. When I got the actual address for where we were moving, I called to confirm that delivery would be possible to that address. I was told it would be no problem, a secondary group would be able to manage it. Just before I scheduled the pick up I called a third time to confirm delivery to my location final location. At the time I was told the closest I would be able to get it to our address was Denver (4 hours away) .. and that we would have to arrange pick up from there on our own. I confirmed this information with a manager and promptly canceled the service. And even then, I found out after we had moved out that the Pod we rented had not been picked up, and it took 3 separate tries, then me calling, complaining, and sitting on hold for almost an hour to talk to a manager to get this resolved. Absolutely a disgrace of a company, I would never use them again, and if I could give zero stars I would.
