Called today to find out what’s happening with the money Nuffield health wrongfully took from me. Was told “Jordan will call you in 5 minutes, 2.5hrs later and still nothing. Points I will be expressing in my next reviews. 1. How the centre manager Jordan at bishops stortford branch lied directly to my face on more than one occasion. 2. How I was signed up to an extra 6 month contract without giving my consent. (Which is illegal) again by Jordan. 3. How staff at the branch gossip about members at the gym. 4. How I still haven’t received a refund after 3 weeks of waiting. 5. How I was sent a threatening email telling me I’m “on a final warning” and “my contract will be terminated”. Even though Jordan and his incompetent staff couldn’t even read their own database correctly to see that I had actually paid my bill and they were in the wrong. ( I’ve documented this in emails and will share shortly). These are just brief points and I will share more detail about each point in my upcoming reviews.
