A mixed bag with awful customer service.
My experience with Approved Food has been majoritively positive. However after buying a can of heat spray from them I had severe irritation and redness. After checking the instructions, it said clearly not to use past it's expiry date. It was two years past it's expiry date. When I approached AF about this they were far from hospitable or sympathetic. In fact they badgered me for additional photos, as my word wasn't good enough, and then completely removed the product from their stock. From this experience I got £1 as credit on my account. Bearing in mind you have to spend £22.50 plus £3 postage to even spend that £1. Their customer service is shocking. I'll be thinking twice before ordering in the future. Reading other reviews it seems "due to the nature of their business" is their get out clause for any issue...
