I bought this so we could troubleshoot…
I bought this so we could troubleshoot my husband’s car. Received it and the realized I had 14 days and they would charge me a subscription of $99 a year. After reading more I realized it only worked if the car would start. Therefore it was useless to me. I put it away and forgot about it. Now, a year later they charged me another $99 subscription fee and refuse to refund me. Lesson learned, read the fine print, there is a yearly subscription they will automatically take. I have a brand new unit that has never been opened and it has cost me $217. I spoke over the phone and we emailed back and forth. All they did was state I could not get a refund. They are making money off subscriptions! Beware and cancel!
