A terrible company which is ripping off…
A terrible company which is ripping off its monopolised consumer base with unjustifiable increases whilst declaring huge profits. We moved from a metered home paying £290 and they increased the bill to over £700. Asked for justification when our previous neighbour without a meter paid less than us, and that they could already see our usage. Yes charge a bit more, but an additional £400+! "If you have a meter it will come down". That's fine supposedly but we have been waiting on them to fit a meter, for over a year.
