Awful Ordering Experience
Ordered a case for the Nomad almost a week ago (05/04/25). Not had a single update on delivery or why it’s taking so long to ship from the warehouse. The expected delivery date was 08/04/25. Emailed customer services the other day and as of yet have haven’t heard anything. Not great service at all. I looked at cancelling the order but they charge you for it.
