Unfair permanent account closure – no evidence provided
My Stake account was permanently closed over five months ago with the accusation that I sold or transferred it to someone else. This is completely false. I still have full access to both the registered email and the 2FA device, and I have always been the only person who used the account. I contacted Stake support multiple times asking for a review, but they refused to reconsider or provide any evidence supporting their decision. I feel this was an unfair and one-sided action. I was never given a chance to explain or verify my identity. As a loyal user, I’m extremely disappointed in how this was handled and how support continues to ignore my requests.
