Disgraceful service
Disgraceful service. I provisionally booked a dog friendly room for 2 nights. I drove 4 hours on arrival was told the price had increased by 40%, The reception staff were rude and duty manager worse. Due to other hotels being shut or booked I had to either be hijacked by their terms and rudeness or sleep in my car. I am sleeping in my car. The staff made me feel so uncomfortable..
