Every time I called there in the last month, it was very difficult to communicate with people who speak not clear English. This has nothing to do with race, but I am 70 years old and I don’t hear that well to begin with. But if you were going to have people that receive our problems, it’s important to be able to communicate clearly. That was not my experience. I was actually denied claims by a number of representatives before I was able to get things approved. One of my claims was actually denied because the repair company suggested to re-wrap the pipe rather than break up concrete. Make the repair and have to re-concrete. They told me that was my responsibility which is extremely unfair. You should be looking out for your customers to repair with the most efficient means. Instead, they denied the claim of bypassing the repair which cost me $1950. I will no longer be using your services in the future. You should look after your customer instead of finding a loophole to not cover their problem.
