Summary: It took time and quite a few mails after I was back in my homecountry. I got finally a mail which confirmed that the refund has been issued and I will be payed back. All the amount was payed back as annonced after ca 10-14 days. Well, I didn´t losse money but it was a very unpleasend experience. Luckely I did by the 5th day release test in advance from another company. Else I would have not be able to travel home in time since I didn´t had any testresult. Remember to send any request regarding a refund to : refunds et nowtest.com Former updates: Update Day 5, no testkit arrived yet. I sent mails on day 2, 3 and 4. Now-Test claimed in three standart-mails the Royal Mail is responible for the delay. Yesterday I rang and got finaly a real person who took up my name. A few hours later I got a short mail, I´m registered but I didn´t fullfill the order. I should prove the order! I sent imidiately my confirmed order (yes, Now-Test confirmed my order exactly one week ago!). No answer yet. Still no tracking ID. I talked with the UK government.They registered the lack of delivery, the company and my order-ID. Let´s see, what happenes. Luckely I ordered a 5th day release test from another company (which arrived three days after ordering). Update day 7: I got an appologize from Nowtest on day 6 and they offered to deliver both test with courier, alternatively to repay the fee. I answered imediately I need test day 8 but they could pay me back the test day2. No answer yet, no courier with the testkit. Got a pre-written mail from Nowtest: Thank you for your enquiry. This email address is for new Sales enquiries only. If you are an existing customer who has purchased a test from us, and you have a Support Query you must email supportetnowtest.com We are not able to answer support queries for existing customers on this email address. ... Sorry, but I used supportetnowtest.com a few times. And I answered twice an personal (but anonymous) mail from the support team. Update day 8: No testkits. I ordred an test from another company yesterday, got it today, done the test, posted it. Update day 9: No testkits. Luckely I bought the 5th day release. Got the results today - released and able to travel back home day 11
