Kia Sportage poor customer service

I have a Kia Sportage on a 2013 plate with notchy steering. Simple you might think , book it in the local Kia garage……. WRONG!!!. Tried over 2 weeks to book it in to find the fault. 1. Vertu Kia Bradford = no answer over several days including being cut off. Then finally got an answer only to be told the earliest slot would be 12 weeks, yes 3 months !!! 2. Perrys kia Huddersfield = no answer over several days including being cut off. Then finally got an answer only to be told that no one was available but I would receive a call back. 26 hours later and nothing so I phone again numerous times only to be told that I should wait 48 hours and only then phone back. Then promptly cut off before I could even say goodbye. VERDICT……. What an absolute shower, customer service is a joke, they do not know if it’s a safety issue or not so obviously are willing to let someone drive happily around with faulty steering whilst they sit around for 03 months or more contemplating their navel. KIA, huh, never again. I can’t wait to get rid, frustration isn’t the word.
