Don't normally write negative reviews, neither do I slate a company. But getting rather impatient now, made an order Thursday the 29th for the electric scooter, Saturday I had an email saying out of stock but not yet refunded. It's now Monday and money still not hit the bank, this company takes money out of kids mouths, quick enough with the transaction from my side. Joke, if something isn't in stock then put out of stock don't let hundreds of people pay for something they will never receive, if it's not back in my account tommorow, I will have to open a dispute with my bank, ignoring all my emails, wish I read reviews first, avoid this company at all costs
