Bezahlt für nichts

Ich habe für einen Monat bezahlt und habe keinen Zugriff auf Lektionen. Werde immer wieder aufgefordert noch mehr zu bezahlen oder warten vis ich Zugriff bekomme. Wofür habe ich überhaupt 18€ bezahlt????!!!! Nie wieder!!!
