Good reliable service.
Love the number recognition where the agent has details on answering the call. Agents are charming and helpful - stuff arrives quickly. Payment process continues to be clunky though with separate emails, website etc. Only real way to check if payment is being processed (ie order being actioned) is to access online bank details. Otherwise service is five stars.
