Identity verification is AWFUL!!
I did pretty good for my first time playing, but when it was time to cash out I needed to verify my identity. Their software does not allow my camera to take a clear picture of my license, when I take a picture of my license without their software it's Crystal Clear, which raised some suspicions for me. I contacted customer support so we will see how that goes. UPDATE... the response to my email was a link that took me straight back into there identity verification, where the picture is not clear when you take a picture of the license. About the only major difference is that now it comes up and says upload failed no matter how many times I restarted the program and retake a picture. Very disappointing
