They performed well and the process went exactly as they predicted
They did what they said they would do and had weekly support along the way that was reassuring. Everything they said they would do - they did. Everything went smoothly and in the end we got the release letter from the original loan just as they promised. Their estimates of the costs and the savings were accurate.
