The most diabolical stupid company that has ever done anything to do with webhosting, run by people that have no clue with customer service so bad even the government could do a better job. Logging into their system is a mission and can take hours and hours, there is no way to reset your password unless you have a degree in cryptic password clues and when you are stuck and you need help you need to log into your account to ask for it which is stupid and just goes to show the stupidity of this lot. To add to there amazing array of talents the best is that my email went down the other day, not the first time that it does this and yet the only way to get a reply out of this lot is through your email, so that clearly does not work?! There moronic, stupid and beyond all a bad company on every level for customer service. Stay away from them
