Super bad service
Super bad service. My first box was another members and so I put in a customer service request to have it fixed. When I canceled the service 3 months later the request had stir not been answered. No email no text not even a message on my profile, just completely ignored and I sent several requests to have the correct box sent. My second box was charged to my card but I never received it. I was charged for a third box, That one’s my fault because I forgot to cancel it after the second no show box but I have no doubt I will never received that box either. Great concept but exceptionally poor execution. Don’t do it, it’s a total waste of money I paid for 18 bottles of vape juice and received 6 bottles that I ended up giving away because they were so outside of my taste preference.
