Been with Jazz for a few years now. Good customer service, decent lines. Payouts usually process within 24-48 hours, but sometimes up to 72. I've won & cashed out many times & they've always paid me out. Casino software can be a bit glitchy at times. The blackjack will sometimes freeze or ask u to log back into the system. I've made complaints & they've addressed them w/ $ credited back. They also give 10-15% rebate on losses in the casino. Solid 4/5 stars from me.
