Poor smart meter service
We have been with So energy for a number of years and generally happy with our experience until we requested to install a smart meter. The engineer performed the installation but did not have an IHD which means we have no benefit from the smart meter. We contacted support a number of times with no progress and they eventually said that they will not supply the IHD unless we pay for an engineer to visit. We have made a complaint and received a one line holding mail but no complaint number. The complaint process allows them 8 weeks to investigate but all we want is the IHD that should come with the smart meter. We are very disappointed with this lack of service.
