Phoenix Capital Initial Review
I was made aware that Phoenix Capital was offering 9% return on investment on their capital investment product, I watched a short video by Matt Willer of Phoenix Capital that inspired me to call him directly. Matt explained in more detail what they were raising the Capital for and how the interest was paid. That was very helpful and Matt returned all of my calls promptly and helped me get an individual IRA set up for my investment. Dealing with Matt was a pleasure. To date I have received 1st payment on time and everything appers to be working fine. Thank you Matt.
