Great Product and Customer Service
I would like to address all the negative feedback I read about Ultra Car Mats’ Car Seat Covers and customer service/ email response issues. I placed an older for the front seat covers, as I loved the color and design that I felt would be perfect match for the recent used 2021 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport. Two days after I placed my original order, I sent an email asking a question about the rear seat cover that I did not order, and it was answered the same day. My shipment arrived several days later, right on time. I unpacked the order and was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the seat covers, and looked over the supplies that came with the covers for installation. Although there were no instructions within the box, when I looked at my current emails there was an email from Ultra Car Mats showing both that the shipment had arrived and a video on how to install the seat covers. My wife commented on how fancy the new seat covers looked when she saw them installed. I did have an issue with the bottom seat covers, which I emailed Ultra Mats about and once again I got a response the same day asking for pictures so that they could address the issue. I think the issue was due to the low end all manual seats installed in this vehicle. I have to say that their customer service and timely email responses go above and beyond what I have received from most other online vendors, and we make many online purchases weekly. In closing, I would highly recommend Ultra Car Mats for their front seat cover purchases that I have had the experience to see firsthand and can see why they have many positive responses. Based on my own experiences I don’t understand the complaints about customer service or not getting any responses from the company. They are pleasant to work with and truly respond in a timely basis.
