If I could give a zero I would. My son rented and got into a minor accident which was 100 percent not his fault. They secured a $3000 NZD charge from the credit card and said we would get the money back once the insurance company settled. It has been two months and every time we email they give a BS answer. They are not following up. Really lousy place to rent from. Definitely look elsewhere before renting from them. I would not rent from them again Rent from a trusted reputable rental company that has clear ties in the United States. It is worth paying the extra money with a company you can trust. This place is a scam.
