Efficient and got the job done
Accessed via our Domestic and General insurance . First available slot to fix our oven was four days away which wasn’t too bad. Got e mail day before confirming smaller time window we could expect engineer and they arrived on time. Sorted problem quickly and came prepared with right part so was able to get cooking again on this visit. Polite, tidy and knowledgeable staff member.
