Visited the Sourton cross establishment…
Visited the Sourton cross establishment today to be greated by Jane who in her self has no mannerisms towards her customers and one would say where she looks so unhappy in her job is she fitting for the role of customer service when she comes across very rude and quite clearly lacking in personal skills , may I recommend the app indeed for her to maybe look for a job working with less people or maybe take some leave to which she maybe needing , one would say the experience for a Monday morning coffee was not as planned with rudeness and the sternness in her voice for merely ordering a coffee , I think I will for sure I will be avoiding this service again and will shop elsewhere …!!!!
