What a great customer experience ..
What a great customer experience .. Marizabel Id 38555 was kind ..kept a professional tone and deliver acurate answer...she first had to disconnect our 1st chat since I did not had the required info in hand ...she was care to assist other customers in the meantime ...when i came back ..It was a lovely coincidence to chat with her again .and she kindly did not required from me the explain the full story again...She made full authentication then assist me ...Now I have to wait for my issue to be resolve . I wanted to post the experience before because Marizabel delivered a service of high quality I wanted to highlight. Thank you Fatoumata
