Thank you & Team for a great work. Myself & Family enjoyed our stay, had fun. Also I like to specially thank Ms. Sonalika for ensuring we got a good deal and negotiating with the Hotel to ensure we were not heavily charged for my daughter who was 12 years old and Hotel considered her like an Adult. She ensured we had a late check-out at 06:00pm which was too good, it was like an extra day. She also offered us valuable advice on when to arrive, what all to do, the rates of the activities in the hotel. The Hotel management also gave us a bottle of complimentary Wine, plus small things like mentioning my youngest (5 years old) daughter name in the TV screen welcoming her-which thrilled her & she considered herself an VIP. Keep up the good work, plus all my friends(who also booked along with us) were also impressed & happy with their experience.
