Online carpets has resolved a unsatisfactory situation which is appreciated Zero would be more appropriate What happened Quite a lot 1. Ordered carpet satisfied with price and communication with delivery date and times then falls short in fact customer care non existent. 2. Carpet delivered ok with getting assistance yes we do live in an apartment block 3.checked the carpet with carpet fitter and some idiot had cut it short hence it did not fit the room. 4. Contacted the customer care team who really don’t give a damn about customer care. This was after all a non fault incident in relation to the customer. 5. Point blank refused to do anything apart from feeble apology. It’s cost us to get fitter in and to get it up the stairs. The inconvenience of not having the carpet. When asked if they could at least send DPD with two man delivery : refused. They refused to send it any other way other than with the usual one man driver van. 6.Advice to others do not touch this company with a barge pole we wish we had headed to Tapi carpets were if mistakes do occur that are non fault customers associated it will be corrected with some dignity. I asked for a two men delivery : refused. Asked for compensation: refused it cost us £100 that day. 7. Had to get the carpet fitter back for second time which is my time and money. You think you are getting a good deal but this company are difficult and not customer focused don’t believe all the good reviews they have people in the warehouse that don’t know numbers and can’t read a tape measure major inconvenience.
