Used this form a couple of times with mixed results. Had a great experience with an apartment in Madrid and a terrible one in Paris. The flat in Paris was dirty, drab and poorly furnished. I posted a review to FR but they did not put it on their website. They did not reply when I contacted them to ask why. Terrible practice.
