Thank you so much to Helen. After a very difficult delivery (between a bottle leaking and being sent back and then 3rd time lucky my parcel was delivered to somebody else via DPD). Helen ensured i got my parcel, she was friendly and the communication was great. Thank you so much for all your help and being so lovely.
