After months of trying to resolve a fraud claim on my own, and getting nowhere, I finally called Consumer Attorneys. In my next call to the collection agency I simply mentioned Consumer Attorneys’ name, and the credit agency immediately escalated my issue to the right manager. Within 2 days they investigated and reversed the claim, and expunged the item from the credit bureaus. Astonishing!! Shout out to Troy with Consumer Attorneys, who was SO helpful.
