Avoid delivery at all costs and…
Avoid delivery at all costs and speaking to any staff no customer service at all! Delivery booked for 1pm I'm writing this at 5.30pm no delivery! Spoke to Eliza online she then just cut me off and never spoke back,emailed a few times to complain.phoned head office and spoke to a lovely man called kaharul(lovely if u like being shouted at and phone slammed down on you! Was telling me I should be chasing co op and not them to let me know what's happening with my delivery-first and last time using staff with as much customer service as a lampshade co op get some urgent training for staff! And maybe Invest into delivery's as your company can't handle it clearly.hopefully co op will soon fail and a proper supermarket takes it over
