Contactless pickup not roll out ready
I used Dan Murphys contactless pickup for the first time today. It was a quiet Sunday morning but there was nothing about the fulfillment process that was a success. The instructions were straight forward and on arrival I requested a delivery to my boot versus pick up in store. After waiting quite some time, I did enter the store to find two Dan Murphys staff behind the checkout having a chat with very few customers in store to serve. Their explanation was that they had not been alerted to my text response via an RFID system. Dan Murphys, while the idea is good, I suggest more thorough trialling before implementation.
