V poor
V poor. V rude. V unprofessional. V worrying. A meter reading person turned up and our garage was open because my daughter was cleaning the car. He didn't ask permission and didn't show ID just marched into the garage. When I entered the garage he was already at the back at the meter. Initially he ignored me when I said Hello. Just kept saying meter reading. Eventually he answered my question when I asked who he was and got out some id. V poor. V rude. V unprofessional. V worrying.
