I have raised a formal complaint to the duty manager & escalated it to the general manager at Chingford Nuffield gym however I all my emails have been ignore and they have refused to take any accountability for their incompetence at doing both their roles at Nuffield health. The level of incompetence and terrible conduct is unacceptable & beyond belief, how can these two be managers when they could organise a piss up in a brewery.
