Should be ashamed of themselves
item was brought for my disabled daughtern for a sensory room, no screws , no handles or locks, agreed i would buy them and they would refund which they haven't, so it wouldnt be left in the rain as i paid for internal wall/insulations. On starting to build, we found no roof parts , no joists to support outside walls , and no door fittings to attach doors , all this while it being left in the elements for now 6 days . I paid extra to have it insulated , which isn't all weather as it like a thin plaster board , which is now all soaked through, and the internal walls you can see all the nail holes where the wet has got in and damaged the walls , was not sent in any protect wrapping to protect these internal walls. Apprently according to the customer service inside and out is all weather from the elements. One person delivered for huge wall panels so could not be monuverd safety by one so I had to help which isn't an issue but again a bit of a suprise. I have spent so much time on the phone and email , and there is no urgency. I told them not to send parts as I wanted to return it or a replacement. Apparently, it needs directors' approval to return and will need to be checked for missing parts and damage. said they would call me back multiple times and haven't, haven't refunded additional screw costs , said I would meet in the middle and that they could send me a whole new summer house , but apparently I would incur a charge for this even though I don't have a full house and the walls are ruined from the rain. Looking at reviews and speaking to other buyers people are still waiting over 5 weeks for refunds or parts ,or just a call back , the goods are ruined due to the amount of missing parts and rood missing, the warranty of the item would be null an void as it insist it needs to be treated within 2 weeks , how can that be done if you can't erect it. Please please check all reviews they have nearly as many 1 stars as 5 stars. I wish i had. I have had to get my bank involved and put in a dispute through consumer rights. They want me to keep it in the condition its in and let my disabled child play in a house , that has been soaked wet through for days and doesnt have all the parts to build it safetly.
