Personal customer service is tops. I thought it was a thing of the past, but I get help and information quickly, and many times it is directly from Matt Willer! I get open communication, get all my questions clarified, and receive a great return on my investment. I was pleased with my communications and with my earnings and they made it quick and simple when I wanted to invest a bit more.
