Poor Communication, Unreliable Dates, and Unjust Fees
I originally booked a sports massage training course that was cancelled with only 11 days' notice, and no reason was given for the sudden change. When I tried to reschedule, the only available date within the next six months fell on the same day as my best friend's wedding. Despite my initial hesitation about this date, I explained my situation and requested confirmation that I could leave a few hours early to attend the wedding. Since then, I have tried multiple times to confirm this arrangement. I called 7 days ago with no answer, so I followed up with an email on 22nd October, asking for confirmation. I then tried calling twice more and left a voicemail requesting a callback. To date, I have not received any response to my email or calls. Now, due to their lack of communication, I am forced to reschedule once again. However, they are requiring me to pay a £50 fee for the rebooking—even though I have made every effort to get confirmation about my early departure and have been met with silence. Overall, this experience has been extremely frustrating. The last-minute cancellation, poor communication, and unjust rebooking fee show a lack of professionalism and reliability. Before booking with this provider, I’d advise confirming all dates upfront, as their schedule is limited, and they seem more interested in collecting fees than supporting their customers. Very disappointed and would not recommend this provider.
