Overall Experience was Positive
I used this platform to book a delivery for two sofas and an armchair, and the process was smooth. The site made it easy to list the job and receive an appointed delivery driver already traveling my way, making it a cost-effective and efficient option. Communication with the chosen delivery partner was generally good, though the pickup was delayed by a couple of hours due to traffic. That said, the delivery team was friendly, quick, and handled everything with care. Despite the minor timing issues, the overall experience was positive, and I’d use Porta Delivery again.
