Spurious claims about damage
Collected a vehicle at Cork Airport where the computer stated no damage, while the staff member that handed over keys said there is always damage and I should video the vehicle which I duly did, as there were a lot of minor scratches, dents and a missing hubcap. Upon dropping off at Dublin Airport the drop off staff somehow honed in on a tiny chip on the windscreen (ignoring all of the other damage). This didn’t show up clearly on my video and the staff member took a lot of delight emphasising that this was often the case. Then I was charged the full €2000 on my credit card. Don’t be fooled like me!
