I have had a few dealings with Shaws over recent months and I must say it is so refreshing to experience their excellent level of customer service, it is absolutely the best that I have experienced in years. I worked in retail for over 20 years so I am aware of the importance of meeting customer expectations and Shaws have certainly excelled themselves in all my dealings with the store. I was in contact with Ger who is on their on-line team today and the matter was sorted in minutes in a very polite and efficient manner. So well done Shaws, keep up the great work you are doing and wishing you continued success in the future development of your business. My only question is when will you expand and open a store in the north west?
