I don’t often write reviews but in this case I feel like I have to as this has such a negative impact on the business itself. I called up regarding a health assessment and the person that answered the phone was very rude and was asking questions in such an arrogant way. I have general concerns regarding my health and I thought I finally found a place where I can get a full health assessment but the person on the phone fully put me off. The issue wasn’t the questions she asked, the issue was the tone of her voice like she could not be arsed, then why work in customer service ?
