I have been fairly unhappy with Yu Energy as a new customer
I have been fairly unhappy with Yu Energy so far and am a new customer. This is due to the amount of time to contact anyone in Customer Services, by phone, by live chat, via your online form, via email - all leaving me feeling dissatisfied and unheard. This is my 3rd week of chasing for a result and 6 attempts on your live chat today but eventually, I was put through to Chand who has been brilliant and needs to be commended. Patient, listening, understanding and not avoiding sorting out the problem. To be fair, I am unsure yet if it is resolved as I have to wait for the case to develop, however it has been dealt with very well today for the first time. All previous communication with other Yu Energy employees have been disastrous by the way. Thank you Chand!
