Terrible Customer Service
I've been using Waves in Northampton for years. However, on the last two visits, for different reasons, they made me pay in cash, rather than card. Today, though I didn't have any cash, they told me I would HAVE to go to the cash machine. To be honest, I was afraid to argue. Billing Car Wash in Billing Garden Village is where I'll be going from now on.
